1 - Do I have to have artwork of what I want before I begin the design process?

If you already have a well-established character, logo or product in mind, our skilled team will help you redesign your character, or bring it to life as-is.

If you don’t already have artwork, we’re happy to start from the ground up with a concept drawing based upon your input. We’ll look for your ideas in terms of facial expression, character body type, clothing description and color and other such details and from there, we’ll prepare a concept drawing, usually within three business days.

2 - How much input do I get into the look of my mascot?

You get 100% control. Our task is to ensure that we understand precisely what it is that you want, and to clearly describe the options we can offer to meet your needs. We will happily offer guidance if requested, but it is you who determines its look, its colour - everything.

3 - Can my mascot be of a well-known character?

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we cannot make or reproduce the likeness of any copyrighted characters, unless you have demonstrable permission from the copyright holder to have the character made.

However, we can offer solutions that might suit your need just as well. Your vision plus our expertise equals a mascot that will exceed your expectations.

4 - How much will a mascot cost?

There is no one size fits all answer to this question. So many things impact cost - complexity of design, degree of detail and amount of accessories. Each costume has its own details and characteristics, all of which can impact the pricing of your character.

With each quote we offer, we will make you aware of what these different options are and give you as much latitude as we possibly can to help you stay within your budget.

5 - How long will my mascot last?

Mascots go through a lot in their lifetimes, but with the proper care and maintenance you'll be able to protect your mascot the many years to come. Each care and maintenance package will include details on cleaning, repair and storage as well as performer tips that will ensure your mascot can successfully entertain, engage and give personality to your brand.
